Welcome to Shotokan Garage. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shotokan Garage. We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing an SG-24 machine from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT ACCURACY AND MODIFICATIONS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our RC drift cars. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including shipping, handling, and any applicable customs/import taxes for international orders.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

All delivery times provided are estimates. Shotokan Garage is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or external logistics factors. Once the product is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for the item passes to you.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Shotokan Garage name, logos, drift car designs, videos, and website content are the exclusive property of Shotokan Garage. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or content without express written permission from us.

SECTION 6 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Shotokan Garage is powered by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. By using this Service, you acknowledge that any contract of sale is made directly between you and Shotokan Garage. You release Shopify from any liability related to your purchase or use of our products.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights; (c) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (d) to use any automated bot, scraper, or AI tool to access our services without authorization.

SECTION 8 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our RC products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind. RC LIMITATION: In no case shall Shotokan Garage, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from the use of our products—including but not limited to damages caused by crashes, battery misuse, or high-speed operation. Use our products at your own risk and in accordance with safety guidelines.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Shotokan Garage is headquartered.

Section 10 - AI-Generated Content & Product Imagery

Shotokan Garage utilizes advanced generative AI technologies to create certain lifestyle, background, and promotional imagery. These images are intended for illustrative and creative purposes to demonstrate the product's aesthetic in a simulated environment. While we strive for absolute accuracy, minor variations between AI-generated lifestyle images and the physical product (including but not limited to background textures, lighting, and small decal details) may occur. Please refer to the raw product specifications and "Studio" shots for the most accurate physical representation.
