When will my order be made?

All hoodies are printed to order. Production usually begins shortly after your order is placed.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on production and shipping. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.

What hoodie blank do you use?

Our hoodies use the Gildan 18500 Heavy Blend Hoodie.

How do the hoodies fit?

The hoodies have a relaxed unisex fit. Choose your usual size for a standard fit, or size up for a looser streetwear fit.

Where can I find sizing information?

Each product page includes a size guide with width, length and sleeve measurements. We recommend comparing the measurements with a hoodie you already own.

How should I wash my hoodie?

Wash inside out on a cool cycle. Do not bleach. Air drying is recommended. Do not iron directly over the printed area.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@shotokangarage.com with your order number and reason for return.

Who pays for return postage?

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable resolution.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return the original item and place a new order.

Are any items non-returnable?

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that prevents resale, unless the item is faulty.

Does this affect my statutory rights?

No. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
